Bars of soap prefer to dry out completely between uses. To help extend the life of your bar, use a draining soap dish. This will help ensure the bar is not sitting in water and allows for air flow around the bar.

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct. However, if a mistake has been made, please notify us ASAP via the "Contact Us" page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If your package has already shipped and is returned to us, we can resend it once your shipping address is corrected, and we can invoice you for shipping.

• If you feel any bar is too large to handle – feel free to cut them in half for easier handling as well as the opportunity to switch scents sooner!
• Handmade hand cut bars will vary in size, weight and color. All bars will differ even within the same batch. 
• Flowers do leave dye marks on the soap but that is natural, as you use the soap it will disappear. 
• Note, if any of your bars do have dried flowers/salts, as you use the soap they will fall off. This is perfectly normal. 
• Bars normally net weight at 4-4.5 oz, if you receive a sample pack - bar net weights will vary.
• Due to regulations set forth by the FDA, bath and body companies are prohibited to make health related claims about beauty products.
